LATODA, founded by scientists from different disciplines at the Philipps University of Marburg, specializes in the development and application of object and detection and image processing solutions with Artificial Intelligence.

Among LATODA's first customers is a global energy corporation that uses AI to check the surface structure of the rotor blades of its wind turbines. LATODA offers a unique system of Artificial Intelligence to monitor and optimize the performance of wind energy plants.

The system for analyzing inspection images and data of rotor blades reduces inspection and maintenance costs and offers novel possibilities for detecting turbulences and performance losses caused by erosion damage to rotor blades of wind turbines.
